 I would like to thank you and your colleagues for making buying on-line such a pleasure. On Tuesday afternoon I ordered a spoon which traveled approx 550 miles overnight to be delivered at 10am on Wednesday. I phoned to ask if it would be possible to send a replacement card inset, indicating baby spoon, not christening spoon. This card made same journey arriving today. In addition to your efficiency we are delighted with spoon and hope that in years to come Zara will also come to appreciate its beauty. 

 Thank you so much, that is very kind and generous of you! Its for my parents 25th wedding anniversary and I am sure they will love it - they got married on the Isle of wight, so when my sister and I saw you made them we were excited! I will be recommending you to anyone else who needs a spoon!

 Just to let you know that the spoon I ordered arrived safely this morning. I am absolutely delighted with it and the presentation box sets it off beautifully. It will make a super special present.
